CW PROPERTY GROUP is a holding company based in Scotland and owning the following companies:

These companies are involved in the investment, development and general servicing of property in Scotland, focusing on commercial property.
CW Property Investment (Scotland) Ltd
This company was established in February 2011. It comprises a portfolio of commercial property, mostly retail units in secondary locations.
The company is continually looking to expand its portfolio. It has the propensity to add further properties, specifically retail and industrial units, with a view to complementing the existing portfolio.
CW Property Management & Development (Scotland) Ltd
Originally established as the development arm of CW Property Group, this company was also started in February 2011. It operates as a building renovation and development business which owns the properties under development.
In 2014, this business restructured slightly to incorporate the management of property and property portfolios.
Campbell has been operating as a sole trader Chartered Surveyor since 2008, offering professional services such as rent reviews, lettings and estate agency as well as overall Property Asset Management. He continues to offer excellent service at great value to commercial landlords and tenants, through this company.
In terms of development, the company has completed several full internal refurbishments and extensions across Edinburgh and the Lothians. The company is constantly working on its existing portfolio and is poised to commence the next project as soon as the right property becomes available.
Much of Campbell’s experience lies in the management of Retail property and specifically the sale and letting of secondary retail units. This area of the business is now forming a larger focus with both Landlords and Tenants looking for cost effective solutions to re-let their commercial property.
Who we are
Campbell Williamson
Campbell set up the CW businesses in February 2009, as an experienced Investment Analyst and Chartered Surveyor. He spent six years working for one of Scotland’s most successful Investment Management firms and sitting FSA regulatory exams in Investment Management. He then retrained as a Chartered Surveyor with Montagu Evans in Edinburgh until setting up on his own. He provides the professional services and the client facing role within the business.
Lorna Smith
Lorna joined the firm in February 2018 with a background in bookkeeping, payroll and residential property. She continues to provide all the bookkeeping and payroll services. She manages the office and is involved with the management of both the residential and commercial property.
